The South Street Seaport is undergoing a massive transformation. But what it will look like in the end is still quite up in the air.

One of the buildings that the Howard Hughes Corporation wants to transform and reopen is the old Fulton Market Building, located at 11 Fulton Street. Last week, they brought their plan before the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission and, as I reported for Curbed NY, the commission was not impressed. Read my full story here.
