On Saturday, January 15, 2011, I wanted a relatively light lunch.
Sometimes I don’t even eat lunch on weekends, though I’m usually happen when I do. The reason I don’t eat lunch on weekends is that, during the week, I eat breakfast at about 3:20 a.m. and that’s usually a yogurt and some orange juice. Then with the exception of a light snack and occasional noshing, I don’t eat again until lunchtime around 11 a.m. So, on the weekends, when I eat breakfast at 7 or 8 a.m., I’m usually good for a longer period of time. Plus, if I know I’m in for a big dinner, I’m hungrier. Anyway…
I decided to have a salad with tuna fish and some other stuff I had around. Here we go.
All mixed together and ready to eat.
After lunch, I watched “Sunshine Cleaning” on DVD. I expected fewer downer moments, but all in all, not bad and Amy Adams is pretty much always a joy.
